If your frame arrives damaged or print quality is unsatisfactory, we'll reprint it free. Contact Frameit Support through this website within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. No refunds on correctly printed personalized items, but we always make it right.
Your photo is used solely to fulfil your order. It is permanently deleted immediately after printing. We never store, sell, or share your photos with any third party. By placing an order you consent to us using your photo for printing only.
We ship pan-India via trusted couriers (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post). Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options available on request. Tracking details are shared using the email or contact details submitted with your order.
Payment is collected after your order is reviewed and confirmed by Frameit Support. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit card via Razorpay, and cash on delivery for select pin codes.
Caricature orders are in-person services. Pricing confirmed after understanding your requirements. A 50% advance may be required before work begins. Digital previews shared before the physical piece is made.
