Refund & Reprint Policy

If your frame arrives damaged or print quality is unsatisfactory, we'll reprint it free. Contact Frameit Support through this website within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. No refunds on correctly printed personalized items, but we always make it right.

Your photo is used solely to fulfil your order. It is permanently deleted immediately after printing. We never store, sell, or share your photos with any third party. By placing an order you consent to us using your photo for printing only.

We ship pan-India via trusted couriers (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post). Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options available on request. Tracking details are shared using the email or contact details submitted with your order.

What is the DIY Frame Kit?

The DIY Photo Stick-on Kit includes the printed photo paper, MDF board, wooden easel, and glue — you stick it yourself in under 5 minutes. Budget-friendly and fun!

What happens to my photo after printing?

Your photo is permanently deleted once your order is printed and dispatched. We never store, share, or reuse your personal photos for any purpose.

How do I order a caricature?

Caricatures are a custom service. Open Frameit Support on this website and send your preferred style, size and deadline. Pricing is confirmed based on complexity.

What size is the frame?

The MDF board is approximately 15 × 20 cm (6 × 8 inches) on a 10 cm wooden easel. Perfect for desks, shelves, or windowsills.

What photo format should I send?

JPG or PNG — higher resolution means sharper print. If unsure, upload it through the order form and we will check the quality before printing.

What are the payment options?

Do you offer bulk/corporate orders?
